A dark crime thriller starring Kunal Kemmu, Ram Kapoor, Chunky Pandey, Asha Negi, and Bidita Bag. Abhay 2 is a Zee5 original web-series. Two episodes of Abhay 2 are available for streaming from 14th August 2020, while the remaining episodes are expected to drop by September 2020.

Although the entire series was to be launched on 14th August 2020 on Zee5 but could not. Because the team was not able to complete the shooting because of the national lockdown imposed from march 24th. Abhay 2 is directed by Ken Ghosh.

Kunal Kemmu played the role of a police inspector, Abhay Pratap Singh. He recently revealed in a webinar along with the other cast members that the entire script had to be changed because of the unfortunate outbreak of coronavirus pandemic. He added, we were supposed to resume shooting as soon as the lockdown lifts, but with pertaining conditions, we cannot shoot in the decided fight scene in heavy crowd markets.

Asha Negi is playing a journalist while Chunky Pandey is playing the role of a dual-faced criminal. However, Chunky Pandey’s role has a lot in store for us it seems. Right from Aakhri Pasta of Housefull Legacy, to a Slouched and Cranky man who is ever-ready to kill somebody. Raghav Juyal is also playing a supporting negative role in the intense, blood-gushing thriller.

Two episodes dropped by Zee5 promises intense dark thriller with the jaw-dropping climax. Kemmu in a webinar said fans have flooded his social media with queries about the releasing date of Abhay 2.
